Board Performance
Board performance reports, which are produced regularly, are an evaluation of the performance of the Company's Board and are collated by the Chairman. The report analyses the effectiveness of the Board and its committees (Audit and Remuneration) and contains a performance evaluation of the Non-Executive Directors. The role of the Chairman is evaluated separately by one of the Non-Executive Directors.
