Recruitment process

Details of all our externally advertised vacancies are available through our recruitment site where you can view all current vacancy details and apply online by creating an account and uploading your CV

All applications will be electronically acknowledged. Throughout the process you will receive automated email notifications advising you of the status of your application to your registered email address.

Once you have applied and applications have been short-listed, successful applicants will be invited to participate in our selection processes. The process adopted will be dependant on the role however, the types of selection methods used include telephone interviews, competency based interviews, assessment centres, testing and presentations. Whichever form it takes, this will be used to determine how candidates demonstrate their skills and knowledge against the competencies, skills and experience the role demands.

Eligibility to work in the UK

If you are selected to attend interview, you are required to provide certain documentation at that point to confirm your identity, address and right to work in the UK.

All candidates will be subject to UK school leaving age legislation.

Pre-employment screening

Candidates will be sent a 'Pre-employment vetting form' and an 'Additional Candidate Information form' to complete prior to attending any selection process.

If the candidate does not provide the required information, as requested by the Company at the selection stage, they will be removed from the recruitment and selection process.


Offer of employment

Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of our pre-employment vetting process which covers:

  • evidence of entitlement to work in the UK
  • satisfactory employment references covering last 3 years employment
  • satisfactory completion of an online medical questionnaire via our Occupational Health provider
  • background check covering identity, address, Basic Criminal record & Financial Probity (carried out on our behalf by Experian)
  • disclosure/ advanced security check for certain designated roles (if this is appropriate to the role the advert will specify this information)

If the Company is not satisfied about any information received, the Company reserves the right to withdraw any offer of employment.
