As part of the Company's commitment to improving customer
service, we are changing our regular maintenance slot to upgrade
and update customer accounts from a Wednesday to a Sunday.
The first will take place on Sunday 22 January from 4-8pm.
Maintenance slots usually take place every fortnight & we will
keep customers informed via our social media channels.
Our Direct Gov websites, which contain information, advice and
guidance for customers, will still be available but customers and
customer advisers will be unable to access customer account
details.
Student Finance England helpline is available Monday to Friday
from 8am to 8pm and at weekends from 9am - 5.30pm. Our repayment
helpline is open from 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
