    The Student Loans Company publishes National Statistics products as Statistical First Releases (SFRs) on behalf of DIUS and the devolved administrations. The SFRs include information on Student Finance awards (loan rates, loan take up, grants awarded, etc) and Student Loans debt and repayment.

    Code of Practice



    SLC adheres to National Statistics Code of Practice Protocol on Release Practices.  The Protocol requires every organisation that releases National Statistics to publish and maintain a compliance statement describing how it applies the standards set out in the Protocol to each of its releases.

    The creation of National Statistics was announced in the Government White Paper Building Trust in Statistics (October 1999) and the National Statistics framework was launched in June 2000. Further information about National Statistics can be found on the National Statistics website.
