Christine Nunn, Head of Customer Service at the Student Loans Company, was presented with a Leadership in Customer Service Award at the Contact Centre Association (CCA) Excellence Awards in Glasgow in November.
The award acknowledges the innovative work she has undertaken over the last five years to deliver a great customer experience for students and graduates and promote best practice across the profession.
Now Christine is hoping that her achievement will inspire others to consider a career in customer services and is urging anyone interested to look out for opportunities at SLC in Darlington in the New Year.
“I am very proud to accept this award which recognises the hard work and commitment of all of the customer services staff at SLC. We are always on the look out for new recruits to join our exceptional team and will be advertising on our website in January.”
