Student Finance Wales deadline for full-time applications has passed

The deadline for new and continuing full-time students from Wales to get their student finance in time for the start of term has passed, but students should apply now to make sure they get some money as near to the start of their course as possible.

It’s quick and easy to apply online at - students don’t need to have a confirmed place to apply, they can just use their preferred choice of course and change it later if they need to.

What support is available?

There’s a wide range of financial help available to support students while they study. They could get grants and bursaries (that don’t have to be paid back) and loans (which do). And, depending on their circumstances, they could get extra financial support.
